The Santan Motorplex will be the largest auto mall in the State of Arizona. The site is located on 120 acres, northwest corner of Val Vista Drive and SanTan Freeway.

This auto mall is anticipated to be one of the nation's highest grossing automotive sites and more than 45,000 cars are expected to sell at the Santan MotorPlex annually and will provide the Town of Gilbert with $60 million in sales tax revenue over the next 10 years.

Many auto dealers have announced plans for stunning, state-of-the-art dealerships at Santan MotorPlex, the first auto park in Arizona history with more than 80 percent of its land sold prior to opening.

Future car brands include Ford, Chrysler, GMC, Pontiac, Buick, Jeep, Dodge, Saturn, Hyundai, Subaru and Suzuki....
