Okay guys, how the hell is Victor's serve not getting called foul by the umpire every single time? You're supposed to throw the ball straight up, he's throwing it at almost a 45 degree angle.

@gsofficial the idea is to have an umpire "feel" the game. Otherwise we could use machines to do the judging for us. Apperently the umpire felt it wasn't a game-breaking issue, and allowed it.

Wrong. Rule 2.6.2: The server shall then project the ball near-vertically upwards...

It's up to the referee how near it has to be, but they do call this rule violation in extreme cases such as Victor.
