I still think if people want to build a structure eg; a Fence, a block wall whatever on their own property, they can do it.
And... If all of us would donate $10.00 to help them, a wall a fence, possibly electrified would at least deter the onslaught of Grasshoppers. I mean, why leave it wide open??? Somehow we've got to organise this. Making sure the money goes to the Fence, walls, moat whatever....
