1972 Yamaha DS7 with a 72 Yamaha R5 top end. My dad slips the clutch. Can kinda hear the intake sound. No reed valve

  • Damn man, another nice bike. In the U.K. we could ride a 250 without a license when I was 16. Well you had to have a provisional license, but you got that at the post office without taking any test for a 10 pound charge. As a result 250cc bikes were really popular in England. Almost everyone changed the cylinders for 350cc cylinders or switched the engines for 400 engines (filed of the engine numbers and stamped the 250 numbers into the engine. I don't know anyone who ever got caught for it
