@millerusaf I agree. iMO its a HELL of a lot better than a sharp stick or pepper spray. IMO, any gun can be used for self defence, some just may be more effective than others. But I sure as hell woulden't wanna get hit by a 22.

@briggs9187 It's a Jennings model J-22. It's a .22LR with a 6+1 capacity. Not the greatest for self defense, but it's better than nothing.

@155Millimeter I'm a native Alaskan and I've been on the gun scene ever since I shot my first rifle when I was 5 years old (a single shot .22LR - I was I still had it). I just really like this sort of thing, so I practice alot. It helps that I'm a combat tactics instructor in my unit also...lol (been doing some form of combat skills instruction as an additional duty in the military for about 3 years now).
