Melodies of Life Multitrack Cover - Vocals, Keyboard and Guitar

Me singing and playing Melodies of Life from the OST of Final Fantasy IX. I filmed me playing as many instruments as I could before running out of patience/screen space then just recorded the audio for the rest. Since I ran out of patience and screen space at the same time, I now consider my patience equal to the size of a youtube video screen.

@CharlesXavier funny you should say that, i actually did sing on britain's got talent this year :P however, i was in a huge choir and you couldn't pick out my voice. we got onto the the actual recorded shows and met the judges and stuff, but we weren't what they were looking for. still great fun

Damn, that's a shame. Sorry to hear that. To me, Simon Cowell is a hard but fair judge who only speaks the truth. Whether it hurts or not, one has to accept it. But anyway, do you reckon Cowell and the other judges would enjoy listening to someone sing a J-pop song (Japanese pop)? Melodies of Life being one example.

@CharlesXavier i agree completely, i love simon cowell and i don't think i've ever disagreed with him (even about our act, i know we weren't great, i just wanted the experience). having said that, he's very conscious of what'll sell following the show and i don't think jpop is quite mainstream enough. melodies of life might be quite marketable, but mostly it's geared to a different culture. that's cool though, it just means there's more for subcultures to exclusively indulge in. :D
