Btw: As a non-native speaker I noticed that your english is very good to understand, clear, slow but not too slow, good pronunciation and a warm, calm voice. You should become an english teacher in your next life!

Thank you willliam. I'm very glad that someone from pro TT community has decided to share their knowledge with the rest of the world. it helps normal amateur players like me gain a insight in to the training you have to go through to get to your level.
thanks once again

As an Australian I'm very proud to be a part of the Table Tennis Community. It's very rare that you see anyone in this country put so much effort into Table Tennis. Were all very proud of you William. ps - The facilities look amazing too!
What do you think about world-cup William?
Are you going to play the qualification-group?

@TTMemo I've got the World Team Cup this week and World Singles Cup next week. I'm in the qualification groups in both. Tough competition so I'll have to play very well to progress.

Really enjoying the series. There's still a lot that fans want to see but don't know about at the pro/international level. Keep it up and good luck!

@thepongcast Thanks pongcast and thanks the mentions of your latest pongcasts. Viewers are going to see much more of the ups and downs of pro play in coming episodes. I won't be holding back.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I play table tennis myself and I work as a fitness instructor. And I have already made training schedules for myself and other players.
These are indeed very good excercices, and could you tell me how many series and repetitions you do of those excercices?
thanks in advance!

@gomonekje It's different for different exercises and this also differs depending on time of season and what phase of training we are in. The squats for me at the moment for example are 8 x 80kg, 8 x 90kg, 8 x 90kg and 8 x 90kg whereas the dynamic jumps I did in the next exercise were 4 x 6 reps. The medicine ball throws were 4 x 4 reps and the single legged leg presses were 4 x 12 reps.
