PART 2: (relaxation, breathing practice and brief mediation)

A short flowing yoga sequence focusing on the hips and groin, designed for pregnant women and particularly beneficial for those in the third trimester (performed by a 40 week pregnant yoga teacher).
Please remember the hormone 'relaxin' is more prevalent in the body during pregnancy which allows for greater flexibility however along with this the possibilty of over-stretching and injury - so listen to your body and move carefully!
