I believe it also goes along with challenging jurisdiction. That is why I always counterclaim since the courts never have jurisdiction to waste my time. Also, when jurisdiction is challenged, the court cannot proceed until it has proven that it has jurisdiction (which they can't cased dismissed)

I dont know the guys name who is talking but I would also like to hear more from sam. I believe that he should make audio or video dvds ahead of time cuz they are gonna get him eventually and get rid of him cuz he is getting more fame with every seminar he does. Govt does not like the fact that he is teaching people how to not pay. Once you mess with govt's cash flow, you become a liability.

I do not know enough about this. I only hear and share. I would only do this if I knew enough about it. However, I am going to start studying commercial law. Ever since I was named as a customer with the glendale police, I believe it is all about commercial contracts and not about the common law like it is supposed to be.
