Connecting my temp phone to the N-Com system. Really easy. On first pairing you have to enter the standard code (0000) to connect. It then remembers all the settings. Reason it played the music over the phone at first is because the Hero is so damn slow.

  • How is the sound/wind noise combination? I'm thinking whether or not to invest in a Nolan helmet + N-Com BT system or just buying another helmet and using a bluetooth headset inside.

  • @ftpaddict The windnoise in the Nolan N103 is really bad. One of the noisiest helmets I ever owned. But with earplugs it's doable and the sound is still good though the N-Com! You can understand it cleary up until 120km/h on a naked bike.

  • @ksborg Thanks for the reply! Since you have hands-on experience with the N-Com system; would it be possible to fit your own earbuds in the system? They'd act as both earplugs and would allow for higher-quality kit to be used when listening to music, talking to other people and whatnot.

  • @ftpaddict I'm sorry, I don't know if that is possible. Maybe you could contact Nolan for that :)

  • You know you can use the helmet on a motorcycle too right? Not just good for speakers? lol
