With practice one can fight up close using evasion i-frames to trick through rather than clear (making distance) the attacks. 's,t,t,t' is preferred before it is lost. PR whoring is understandable. As is using the hand to skip fighting it without PR or MAX'd moveset. DR whoring can destroy the last bit without allowing a chance for it to fight back.
