Not original at all. The first recipe did not call for bacon, mayonaise or hot sauce. Idiot. AND anchovie past and canned anchocie is a world a part. Idiot.

its funny, every person i've seen make this dressing, it's always slightly different. in this recipe he used hot sauce, which i've never seen anyone else do. not to say this dressing isn't delicious, it looks wonderful. but its funny how everyone's version is different :)

Who is this guy? Excellent walk-through, excellent explanations, minus the bacon. Whether you like this version of a Caesar dressing or not, this guy did it well. I look at his environment, his kitchen, his utensils and his culinary manner and I know he knows what he's doing.
