So when i run and stuff my knee does give me some pain and it is annoying... but even worse.. when i sit on my knees it hurts like crazy and say if im at a gym and i land... even on a soft matt but on my knees... it hurts like a bitch and takes a full month to fully heal... is this the same thing as wat this guy has? becuz every video i watch they just talk about how their knee only hurts when they run and stuff
I have 26 years experience working with athletes from various sports and countries. This does work. What you don't see is the full protocol. Not as pain full as it seems. I work with pressure that you agree to. This person wanted more pressure which I really don't recommend. Would not have shot this video if my therapy was not effective. Thank You.
Does work, because it removes tension in the shins which cause the patella tendon to be so tight all of the time. People always say work on your quads to stop patella tendonitis but in reality strengthening your shins is also as important as if you have strong quads the issues from the tendonitis just go down into the shin and cause knots etc as are seen here. Isn't a 5 minute wonder cure but definitely helps...

Wow, after the first massage his knees look more swollen...like oranges! But, it looks like he got relief so it's all good.

Useless crap. Inflict so much pain that the normal pain is not felt any longer.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
If you want to massage your tendonitis look up friction massage.
