This didactic poem conveys that one may choose to die with dignity, while those around him are inconsiderate and lack understanding of human conditions. One can easily take the lives of other for granted and choose to detach oneself from reality to better cope with our human flaws.
The boy's death may be perceived as inevitable but his life may have been saved if he was not made to do a man's job, which raises the issue of child labor during the 1900's. The family may have taken the boy for granted by subjecting him to such labor, resulting in his death and the selfishness they displayed thereafter.
One could also have another take on Frost's poem, such as the family was not at fault and death is simply inevitable. Is our death sealed by a twist of fate, leaving the world behind as innocent bystanders? The thoughtless and selfish actions shown by the family may have been their way of coping with the death of the child, just as many people choose to cope with death in different ways.
We would greatly appreciate your comments and opinions.

Great job as some one else commented, very very well depicted. Hats off to the two assistants. Even though there is the flutter of the wind, the reading was very well done. Fantastic.
