DONT GET AVG ANTIVIRUS!! - avg wont let you uninstall them and I have proof!
A little bit of Q and A:
Q: Does this not work for your Computer because your computer is crap?
A: My computer is just fine, I have a Perfectly Clean Windows XP and AVG is creating errors to keep me from Uninstalling it.
Q: This works fine for me, how come yours doesn't work fine?
A: Well Congratulations for figuring this out but not everything happens to everyone - this program is hard to uninstall for me, but you maybe it was even easier to Download it.
Q: Why is your computer so slow?
A: Well the guys who made snagit decided to put in way to much effort and it has too many MB for my computer (and I downloaded Gunz: The Duel and thats 200MB but its a great game - dont get it if you have AVG).
Q: Where do you get this?
A: Have you heard of a thing called Google?
Q: Will This happen to me?
A: My theory is: Most likely.

its true that it blocks everything, i needed to download a newer version of Java and AVG didn't even let me download it ! I HAVE to find a way to get this shit of my PC !

AVG and AVAST blows donkey kong schlong. I have a glorified super computer and both of those programs completely bog down the system. I can play any game on max settings but yet it cant handle the bulky junk that is AVG specifically.

This is from 2009 (no offense) AVG fixed the not able to uninstall it, I uninstalled it (AVG 2012)
and reinstalled it >:(
