  • Why can't girls do this! Because my fatass is dying to lose weight! And I'm 5'8 and I weigh 236 pounds. Does anyone know howmany calories I should eat daily? And keep mind I want to eat the least possible. So how many calories should I eat ? Thanks a lot!!! And by the way I'm a girl.

  • I'm up 15 lbs too....totally sucks its hot here and the BP tar balls on the beach don't help either I stopped running the bridge 3 months ago...I'm back on track and I'll be watching your videos to help me...thanks head of time...how tall are you? just curious 184lbs doesnt seem like too much weight for a man. rebecca

  • @Nourberry 2000 calories a day no pop no fast food eat lean meats whole grains no starches and no more mc donalds ok. i know its hard but your going to be fat if u keep eating it sad to say

  • @iodyn Pizza does contain lots of empty calories and "empty" carbs that makes you fat. What is most important, it is processed food! Calories are not even that important, but quality of the food that you're eating. You shouldn't starve yourself. Eat a lots of vegetables, fuits, good carbs, quality meat, lots of water, as much as your body needs. Avoid sugary drinks, pizzas, cakes, doghnuts, any fast food, products that contain excess starches (corn starch), all kind of sausages, etc
