On the topic of personal aestetics:

I believe that personal expression of style is important.

A fuller expression of personal style, a blending of art and existence,

for example wishing you had a darker skin tone then having your skin treated to suit this, or adjusting your height or having grey coloured eyes might express personality or desired facad more pionentally.

Posthuman aestetics may occur, but likely without more freakish features like some artist are imagining.

Why do you think of the body as a limiter?Limits are but mere illusions and are not real, in truth the body can be altered to match the capacities of cyborgs and beyond, genetics is the way to go, of course I still show support of those who wish to become cyborgs for freedom must prevail and everyone must have the right to chose what they so desire.Transhumanism rocks!

It's no more mind control than the normal perception process. The brain interprets what to do with the information, this is no different in a cyber world than whatever normal reality may be.
