@MrRatinou are you sure? i thought jazz came off of blues. Jazz in the beginning was extremely primitive and had no relative sound to classical music.

@madero111 jazz was born from classical music, blacks slaves were asked to play music , and they invented jazz with that by adding their rythm from Africa :)

This is one of my favourite picture about music.

This is a nice set; sounds really nice.
I really like how classical and jazz can find togetherness in these typeof pieces.
Jacques also does an album on Erik Satie's music and it is an ethereal blend of pretty textures somewhat in the style of this piece.
Does anyone like Rachel Z or Amanda Tosoff?

my feeling is that it comes from the Bach's Concerto for flute, violin, harpsichord, string and b.c BWV 1060

My feeling is that it-s from the Bach's work BWV1060 for flute, violin, harpsichord, string and b.c, adagio movement

What IS this music? Bach, an Adagio yes, but what's the piece, the full title? Can anyone tell me, please.

He says he is the best performer of the music of Bach; it sounds petulant, but he really is. The very best
Does anyone know who the painting is by?
