"Disappearing" ( lead vocals by Don Snow ) is the lead off song from The Sinceros 2nd album, "Pet Rock" from 1981.
The Sinceros, "Pet Rock" album is about near perfect for a pop album can be....
After The Sinceros broke up shortly after the release of Pet Rock, Sinceros members....Don Snow went on to play with Squeeze & form a duo called The Catch,,Bobby Irwin joined Nick Lowe's band, Ron Francois joined The Eurogliders & founder , songwriter, Mark Kjeldsen sadly passed away some years ago.....Mark was no longer writing or playing music, instead, he was driving a taxi.....
Pet Rock is the second and final album from The Sinceros a new wave and power pop band from England. The album was released worldwide and achieved moderate commercial success.
Originally intended to be released under the title, 2nd Debut, in 1980, the album reached the test pressing stage but was recalled by Epic Records and reworked into Pet Rock under the guidance of producer, Gus Dudgeon.
