read 1 cor.7:8 and 9 paul was unmarried he states this in the chapter

this man is not reading the bible right.the bible does teach to be married to one wife but it does not say that you need to be married,just only to one woman.paul spoke of that it is better to be not married but if you cant resist then marry because it is better to marry than burn in hell.i don't believe just the church of Christ denomination is only going to be saved that is on the lines of pharisee believing .the bible says all that are IN Christ Jesus.

@andawawego, if they walk away, it is because they have not the love of the truth. If you're not willing to sell all in order to have the pearl of great price, you will never obtain it. If you cannot deal with a little conflict, you can't handle the natural consequence of telling the truth.
