All I know is that we loved UHeep in Alabama. Don't care where they came from. Good music is good music. Quit bitching about claiming where they came from. We didn't care back then. We just got into the music and appreciated where ever it originated from. They're British. So freakin what? We are from the same planet. Love this band.

One of the greatly under-appreciated group EVER. They were equals of Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and the other great ones at the time, yet they never made it big in USA. I don't know why. Perhaps because they didn't have an "LSD enhancing" solo guitar player like Jimmy Page or Ritchie Blackmore, or keyboard player like Jon Lord, but boy their music (the songs) were on the top, perhaps even better than those others.
