This is a demonstration of how to train and improve basic lead and trail leg skills in the hurdles ( 55 meters , 60 meter , 100 and 110 meter hurdle races ) recommended for elementary and secondary athletes.

  • @ricanhurdler  thanks , in high school I would complete 60 trail leg rotation before practice and after and at one at home.

  • @kristian0gallops If you fall just laugh, like I did. I never saw it coming, I was a pretty good hurdler, but when I fell I rolled and it was hilarious!

  • i always worry about my steps between the hurdle...there are days when i take TOO many steps and there are days when i take too LITTLE steps...gets confusing-\-

  • thanks!!! i joined track and im always having a problem with my trail leg.. im always pointing my toes down.. i dont fall but im worried about the day where i will fall...
