Beat Sync and Time Stretching Basics on MV8800

By special request, I created an overview how to use the BPM Sync and Time Stretch on audio phrases. It does not cover creating your own samples or instrument patches, but the basics apply. The thing to remember about samples is to try to always record an exact number of beats so that the MV can do a good job of time stretching. In other words, unless you want the J Dilla sound, your sample will sound a bit like a scratched record if you don't record you loop to an exact number of Beats Per Minute.

Hey bruh whats..dope vid hey i wanted to ask...is that only thing people complain about the mv is the qauntize feature..the reason i ask cuz im thinking of getting one soon and wanted to know a lil about the mv..

@xLeMarMuziKx quantize works well enough for dance mixes, harder to tame for syncopated and fluid songs. it can be hard to set up a project if you dont know your way around several types of musical equipment. the mastering toolkit isn't for amateurs. sound quality is good but sometimes the effects struggle to keep up without some tweaks. monsterous machine though!
