the use of tabacco is not only killing the person who smokes it there is also second hand smoke so the is attempt to suiside and attemept to murder so yes it should be illegal!

It says on the box that "Tobacco kills". Isn't killing illegal? Therefore, Tobacco should be illegal or at least banned from every public place.
