1) Filmaking can be both;
2) Mainstream network news is often biased, even the BBC is gulity of this;
3) Its up to the indivual to seek out/create news alternatives.

I do understand your point and I respect it in principle. The practice by politicians is repulsive Obama was just the beginning.

Film making is a hobby not a job. I understand that anyone with a camera is a champion of the people. My problem is with people who do nothing, but watch the latest video on YouTube. Ill leave my news to the BBC.
PS: Youtube is in bed with OBAMA(wakeup).

yeah, i agree that just looking at youtube and stuff isnt really always the most informative and shouldnt be your only political resource for many reasons, but it is a really great way to raise awareness about many issues and i dont think you should completely disregard it as a valid political tool or resource. my opinion.

this video isnt about dems or republicans, just how people from both parties can use the internet as activists. if you are refering to robert greenwald, he has a job as a very successful filmmaker, including the feature films "walmart: the high cost of low prices" and a film about the iraq war. check them out! they can be found free on the internet and are very informative!
