End of week 1! I am happy to report that I have surpassed my goal for this week and have done it all in a healthy way! I expect my weight loss to slow down as my body detoxes from all the carbs that I had been eating, but we'll see how that goes.

Current Weight: 153.6
Goal Range: 113-118 (currently, though at this point I definitely anticipate that coming up as my body composition changes and I gain muscle)
whew what a bod! LoL What I would give to be where you are now! You are about 2# under my absolute lowest goal weight. Good luck tho, so glad to see someone who's happy and has success, It's a good push for those of us who haven't. I like that song @ the end btw!
