Wow, I would like so much to learn that now before too late: I am 39yo, you know. I used to climb 20 to 15 years ago when 15/20 kg lighter than now, but never trained for a muscle up. I remember I could roughly do it though. I went back to actual gym 4 months ago after long untrained (little sport now and then but more for lower body) and I went back up again to doing 12 pullup/15 chinups but now older and at 87kg bodyweight the muscle up feels harder and far from reach. Any tip?
you better do mucle ups with no swings, it looks more powerful
