  • Excellent! Pretty good form too! My record is 12 also. I only have a 10 rep vid uploaded though. I'm going to the park today in hopes of getting 15+. I'll post it if so.

  • Wow, I would like so much to learn that now before too late: I am 39yo, you know. I used to climb 20 to 15 years ago when 15/20 kg lighter than now, but never trained for a muscle up. I remember I could roughly do it though. I went back to actual gym 4 months ago after long untrained (little sport now and then but more for lower body) and I went back up again to doing 12 pullup/15 chinups but now older and at 87kg bodyweight the muscle up feels harder and far from reach. Any tip?
