Phoenixa Sol Presents "We The People" By Freddy Crowder and TRIBE for Occupy2

I've loved this song since I first met Freddy Crowder on garageband and he uploaded it in 2000. It was an honor to compile the images in this video to bring his words to life. In Freddy's own words: "In 1991, things in our country were a bit messed up and I wrote a song to vent my frustrations. I was sure that by now things would have changed and the song would not be relevant by now. Unfortunately it seems that the song is more relevant now than it was then. People have finally had enough and are joining together to try and change this situation,and I am with them. I know this seems like "shameless self promotion",but I think this song is perfect for the movement and the cause...The song is called "We the People",and you can find it here on FB,also at Myspace,and at www.reverbnation.com/theunknownrocks
I think its a perfect song for the times,and I'd like the whole country to hear it. Not for my benefit, but for our county's. I think it would be a great rallying cry..."What's happened to 'We the People'?

Awesome video that marries both images and lyrics together in a way that intensifies the impact. Freddy Crowder is a true artist, for artists have both vision, and the means to convey that vision, in more profound ways than most. Likewise, choosing the images to go with this song requires the vision only an artist can convey. Love these lyrics, so meaningful...especially now. Truth is like that tho, always applicable and appropriate, always highly called for and deeply appreciated. Stirring.
