pressing the point of your elbow into the thigh hard works on some people it definitely dont feel good but some people can resist it just like my coach has always said thou nothing in mma is 100% effective

@MoKillaGorilla No need to be offended (unless crass observations offend you). I didn't write that as a legitimate criticism I just thought it was funny and I wanted to point it out.
On an unrelated note, I probably would never have realized that my comment had gotten so many thumbs up if you hadn't replied to it. If you're still sore about it, than by all means, knock it down a notch or two. You know where the thumbs down button is.

i know this is more mma.. but u really gotta watch out when u reach with ur hand to the anke to open up.. i know u said they could lock ur arm with the foot but a good jiu jitsu guy will also push ur hand and shoot the triangle.. a better why is to press with your forearm..
