State of the Ocean's Animals: The Rebound of California Sea Otters

Sea otters in Monterey Bay, California have rebounded from the brink of extinction. This has had an enormous impact on the health of the local ecosystem, particularly the kelp forests that are home to tens of thousands of fish and marine animals.
