They Came for the Children - A speech by the Honourable Justice Murray Sinclair, Chairperson of the Canadian Truth and Reconciliation Commission concerning Canada's residential school system - Friday, December 11, 2009, 5 p.m. at University of Toronto Faculty of Law, with an introduction by The Honourable Frank Iacobucci.

The TRC is tasked with the responsibility of providing a comprehensive history of the legacy of Indian Residential Schools in Canada, through the stories of those who have been affected by the schools.
