  • thats gotta be a bitch putting all those sqaures back in

  • It takes about 1 minute. The fun of knocking them out weighs having to put them back in.

  • aren't pucks better than balls, cuz the lift is different?

  • There is no difference from shooting pucks and hockey balls because the technique of controlling the ball, wieght transfer, having your head up, follow through and pointing your stick at the target are the same. Practicing proper technique is the key, shooting top shelf is the same for both. Repitition after repetition. you will see there is no difference in shooting technique whether you use pucks or balls. The lift is the same if you use proper technique. Great question.

  • wouldn't the lift be diferent

  • The follow through of your hockey stick and snapping of your wrists while lifting the puck is the same whether you use a puck or ball. The technique is the same.

  • @Madknuk yea buch a puck is only curved a ball is a sphere so the ball can have a lot heigher lift

  • @Madknuk

Hmmm, having shot both i must disagree. If you shoot a ball like you do a puck your stick is going to roll over the ball. If you shoot a puck like you do a ball, you won't be able to lift it. Generally the motions are similar, but there's a different feel on the blade. Your stick has to be much more "on top" and cupping a puck.

  • how manny time dide you rec to hit so god!

  • what is that

  • The kid has a better shot than I do.

  • @Madknuk Yes there is difference a ball is around so itll be easier to get up. a puck is flat+ it weighs more depending on wut size etc etc so itll a big rougher

  • thats a pretty badass training area :)

  • what is that?

  • yeah it's easier to get lift on a ball
