I'm in a season of life that has me reflecting upon my spiritual heritage as well as my rural one. It is good to remember where God started with me and how He has brought thus far. Bring me into a deeper and fuller relationship with you, Jesus, my Lord and Savior.
This song is by Alison Krauss and the Cox Family and can be found on the "I Know Who Holds Tomorrow" album.

  • I was raised ole school. Family from back in the hills... This song brings a lot of memories and followed by many many others. Children this day in time dont know of the good ole times, the stories meanings, teachins and all the things and ways we learned. They have taken all that out of our schools. Old wives tells and it is really true. That is how all the learnings got taught was from the begaing of time... Thank you Jesus..... AMEN

  • I loss my son three months ago, to meningitis. This song reminds me of the nurse in the ICU. She reminded me that our children are only precious gifts for us to borrow and sometimes we have to give them back. The hardest thing I ever did was hold him and while the Lord to took him back, but I know he is whole now and I will be with him and the Lord when my work is done here on earth. Thank you for this song.
