  • id bend you over and make a creampie video. if you know what i mean

  • Try that form with 50kg and tell me how your back feels after.

  • roids

  • look if you are going to venture out of the kitchen at least do it right. that was like a horizontal upright row. you dont bring the bar to your tits on a bb row.

  • thats right aslong as that arse is bent over

  • @jcrsix Working out the shoulders is fine, most people's rear delts are too small.

  • @TheeBRANDEN54 The palms can face a variety of directions. A prone/overhand/neutral grip is useful for wide grip rows to the chest to hit the upper back. The palms facing out/forward/supine type grip is done when rowing close to the body to hit the lats, which is clearly not her intention.

  • @zazenzach Why? That's only if you want to hit the lats. She may not want to.

  • @MrKucchu That's only one way to do it. If you let the bar come away from the legs, it is more difficult and challenging, so not as much weight is necessary since the lats aren't helping.

  • @celconicuzn The exercise is not 'designed' a single way. Bent-over rows can be done with various grips and elbow paths to change which back muscles are working. Yes, you can use more weight with the elbows are in and you use your lats. That doesn't mean that's necessarily better though. If you don't want to hit lats and want to hit rear delts, scapular retractors, infraspinatus/teres minor, then using a lighter weight and rowing higher on the body can do this.
