  • Leos? My mother's uncle was THE Leo. Watching this seems so familiar somehow.

  • I knew Leo very well, he was a neighborhood guy.

  • No more Cervelli's anymore either, I grew up on 3rd & Monroe & I remember when i would go to Sorrento's and get Hot Dogs on Saturday then on Sunday go to Fiore's & would always hear the peddler yelling tripe about 4 blocks away.

  • I miss the old feasts, the feasts now are terrible. St. Ann's is decent but nothing like it was, the yuppies there are actually trying to get rid of the St. Ann's feast.

  • hoboken is a town in antwerp belgium

  • If you grew up in Hoboken, as I did, this video was hysterical! Because all of it is true lol

  • Good video, I like hearing about the old times. I used to live in Jersey City when i was little and remember Pizza only costing $3.50 for a large pie at Little Italy Pizza on West Wide and Clendenny Ave. My mom used to call the owner rat face cause he had a big schnozole.

30 years later and now i'm in Scotch Plains paying $13.00 for a large pie which isnt even large anymore. All of my life a large pie was 18 inches. Now, everywhere i go a large pie has shrunk down to 16 inches!!!
