Nothing pairs better with tortilla chips than salsa. Why not try making it yourself? Allison will show you a simple way to transform all of your tomatoes into delicious, flavorful salsa. You can store it in your pantry or eat it right after it's made.

  • When you remove the liquid, aren't you also pulling out part of the lime juice which keeps the acidity up for canning?
