  • I can run about 3-4 miles before I cant run any further. I'll try this out next time :D. Its not really my legs either that get tired, Ive got nicely toned legs, its just the breathing, dont know how to explain it. either way I'll try this! Thanks for the info man!

  • im 13, and im prabably the stalkiest 13 yo. and i weigh 180. but ive been lifting weights for 6 months and have gained a CRAPLOAD of muscle mass. but its hard for me to run more than a mile. i have football starting in a few months and 3 times a week we will be running 2-4 miles. so i really need to build endurance. btw, i play running back. so any football players that have extra tips, let me know :)

  • i can run like at a good pace but if i start talking my breathing get out of wack and i have to stop

  • I also play soccer and am 16, I do my intervals starting with 2:30 minutes at medium pace, then switch up to fast pace for 2:30 and ill be alternating like this for 30 minutes. I do this process twice a day. Do you think it is ok?
