  • I'm surprised to hear that she sometimes uses raw cane sugar in her desserts. Is this common?

  • Hi Chick from the video here...It would take a few days on counter with a rinse in the morn and then in the evening. I find the best result is with the dehydrator. But if you live in a warmer climate than Chicago...you are golden! Try above the fridge maybe ;-) Cheers!

  • So for that rice, could it be soaked without the dehydrator? 36 hours of soaking, was it, with a rise or two in between, right?
