FOX NEWS CHANNEL 42 - OMAHA (KPTM) - Having a colicky baby can be frustrating as a parent. You feel helpless, tired, and sometimes all alone in your struggles. For example, get a load of 11-month-old Jacob Coleman. Smiley and giggly, you'd never know he was once a colicky baby; who slept just 15 minutes out of every hour, and cried constantly. "My son was born almost a year ago, extremely colicky, losing weight, wasn't able to latch," said Lori Coleman. "When I spoke to the pediatrician multiple times, she said, there was nothing they could do," said Coleman. "Nobody quite understands what causes colic, or what to do about it. So, what we do, is allow stress off the nervous system," she said."The first trauma to a spine and nervous system is the birth process. Think of the pressure it takes to push a baby out of the birth canal," said Pearson. "Dr. Pearson was able to bring him comfort, and within 24 hours, he was a different child!" said Coleman."He was happy - sleeping. I was sleeping!" said Argotsinger. "His pediatrician thought it was a miracle," said Coleman.

  • @elsiethecow100

yep go with your fancy massage based on no credible evidence while I'll just go to a physiotherapist.

  • This is awesome! The word is finally getting out through the mainstream. As for finding a pediatrician to comment? Forget it! They don't want to be "shown up" and have to admit that a chiro could possibly know something they don't. So many of them are competitive jerks who don't want to share with the chiropractic profession in order to just heal people; they make it a contest!

  • Okay, I'm biased being a chiro and all. But, I found it interesting that the last comment from the reporters. They attempted to contact multiple pediatricians to get their response and they couldn't find a pediatrician to make a comment. Unfortunately, pediatricians have zero schooling in chiropractic technique and procedure.
