  • also if yr slick and don't stand out if they catch you they'll just say no pics or no vid. if you then keep it up then they'll usually warn you few times and toss you out but rarely.Few have i herd of erasing cards if yr dumb about it. some shows they don't care. use snap shot option from movie maker and video you'll have many pics not just one.

  • also check out my other user acct. thesmalltop its in my subscribers I have like 7 or more videos of stevie nicks live in albuquerque, and she does a led zeppelin song to.

  • I suggest one you get close and run your camera's video for awhile on alison and go home and on yr windows or whatever movie maker it allows you to take snapshots from any part of the video and you can choose yr pics that way, and won't need flash use cams nightshot option if you have it.

  • Lol, I hate it when I don't know where a picture is from! I just group the unknowns all together and number them according to the date I got them. I save pictures of all my favorite performers, but Alison is the only one to have her own folder (and subfolders!) on my computer. XD

  • I did the same thing, but then tours were divided into actual concerts. And if I had a picture where I didn't know the era or something, I got all weird and didn't know what to do with it. I didn't want to delete it, but I didn't just want to leave it. Picture collecting is such hard work :P

  • Oh yeah! I have all the pictures related to Raising Sand together, and subdivided into photoshoots, tour photos and awards shows. I'm completely OCD about my pictures, lol. I always feel so lucky to be a fan of Alison's because she's constantly got a new project in the works. It's been 4 years since her last album with Union Station, and since then she's done 4 tours, two different albums, three TV specials, and several singles with other folks. So I always have something to look forward to. XD

  • Maybe you should burn yours onto a disc? Do you organize them? I remember making so many folders to organize the pictures in... by era, and then there are awards shows and parties and such. One tour a year must get tiring. I usually see one concert a year, so I probably know what concert I'm seeing next year! :P

  • I have 1000s of Alison too! It makes me so happy that I'm not the only one who does that, lol! I really need to do something with mine, because I would be crushed in my computer crashed and I lost them. Alison will probably put out another album with her band Union Station after this tour is over, and she'll definitely tour with them. She's a touring fiend. She does about one a year.

  • I used to collect pictures of Stevie Nicks (I got 1000s of them hahaha), I'm putting them on photobucket now so the computer doesn't crash :P I save almost every picture I can find from this tour (and videos, too). Some people get really great pictures! If she does tour without Robert, I'll probably try to sneak my camera in and get pictures hehehe

  • Oh, I definitely collect the pictures from this tour. Actually, I collect pictures of Alison. I have waaaaay too many already though, so I decided that I could live without getting a few from this show. The videos from this tour make me so happy, though. She'll never do a tour that is as well-documented as this one unless she tours with Robert again.

  • Yeah there are a LOT of pictures from this tour (I kind of collect them) and a lot of videos too. I can't imagine going to a concert and not taking pictures (though their concert was the first concert I got GOOD pictures of) I felt a little bad taking pictures at the concert (I was 9rows away, then 6, then 3, and once made it to the front) because I did use the flash (without the flash they didn't come out right.) I didn't feel as bad after a while because so many people were using their flash.

  • To answer your question though: At her shows, you probably wouldn't get caught if you didn't use the flash. In the past, I've heard of people getting caught and having to erase their camera disks, but I haven't heard any stories like that recently. On her last tour, some people got away with taking pictures on their phones. I think as Alison gets more famous, she's getting more used to the inevitable picture-taking. After this tour, I really can't see her freaking out about it like she used to.

  • First off, it makes me insanely happy to hear people say that they want to go see Alison's shows now because of this tour. She's my absolute favorite artist, so I love all the recognition she's getting. ^_^ I just went to the Atlanta show last night (it was awesome!) and lots of people took pictures. I wound up not taking any, though, because I was close enough that she could see me, and I couldn't bring myself to take pictures knowing she wouldn't like it. Lol.

  • Well, let's just say I got a camera into one of her shows, would I get in really big trouble if they caught me once I was already in (I wouldn't use a flash or anything, since that probably get's really annoying)? I need to know these things in case I ever do see her (which, if she tours, I'm pretty sure I would). :P

  • Pictures and videos from Alison's concerts are pretty rare. It's a combination of the fact that she's really shy and tries to avoid the whole celebrity thing as much as possible, and the fact that she doesn't have many real die-hard fans (like me, lol) who would even bother to bring cameras. Her shows are usually really calm, laid-back affairs. So it's been like Christmas for me, having all these concert vids pop up on YouTube. XD

  • Snap away! :P So she doesn like ANY camera stuff at her concerts? Does that mean that when she tours one doesn't find many live videos/pictures?

  • Yeah, I've been seeing LOTS of camera flashes on the vids from this tour. You'd never see that at one of Alison's shows. I guess I just figured with all the camera flashes and with all the vids from the tour that have wound up on YouTube, security must not be that bad. I'm definitely gonna be taking pictures in Atlanta.

  • Their concert I saw (in CT) had SO many people taking pictures. I've been to 5 concerts in my life, and never have I seen so many flashes go off. They did check bags and stuff, but after you got in they didn't care what you did.

  • Great audio! Thanks for sharing! Damn shame about the security as far as visuals go though !

  • Oh, was security really that bad? That's kinda surprising. They're usually pretty bad at Alison's shows because she's a spazz about people recording/taking pictures, but I figured Robert Plant wouldn't really care. Hoom.
