Wow, no offense but you need to use more of ur commands. My usual routine on Conquest is i get 1 unit of engineers and 1 unit of transports, then 3 gunships (i make a group with them) Then 3 tanks (Make a group with them) And i would get 1 or 2 artillery and make a group. And at last i would get another transport unit as an escort for my tanks. I usually win unless I capture too many uplinks and the guy uses the WMD on me. Then it depends if the enemy knows what units i have left.
