In a city with a sudden influx of guns, the murder rate
begins to skyrocket. Where youth are being killed daily and "you can buy a gun faster than you can catch a bus", City and State Officials are lost for answers. Until the FBI steps in and identifies who's warehouse the guns were stolen from, a European born Irish crime boss by the name of LIAM BRENNOR, a 40 year old very dangerous man with his hand into everything you can think of. Upon identifying the shipment of guns the FBI realizes that a shipment of ricin, a bio hazardous substance was also a part of the heist. FBI Agent MARSHALL, convinces Special Ops Agent ELIJAH PITTS, to go undercover back in his old neighborhood where the main two individuals
responsible for the heist live. The only problem with
recruiting Eli is that he had only joined the services as an
alternative to going to prison; and excelled to Special Ops, however his tour is almost up and he just wants out. Now being asked to betray his street code and childhood best friends. SPECIAL AGENT MARSHALL, uses everything he could think of to get Eli to go in undercover. Using his son LIL ELIJAH JR., his mom MS. PITTS, ex-fiancee VANESSA, and the fact that his whole community could be annihilated; not to mention the fact that the two childhood best friends he hold allegiance to, are the one's that turned his ex-fiance VANESSA into a crack junkie.
Agreeing to return home to Boston undercover, Eli starts to discover more than the FBI had initially been aware of.
MICHELLE SWEENY a street smart Southie bred white girl, down on her luck has a brother JIMMY SWEENY, who works for Liam. Liam finds out Michelle was the one who leaked the information to Big P and DC. Liam looking at the surveillance tapes, recognizes Michelle as a familiar face. Showing Jimmy Sweeny the tape, Liam tells Jimmy Sweeny of how he remembers Jimmy Sweeny giving this same girl on the tape some money one night to get off the street and go home. Jimmy Sweeny does the only thing a brother from Southie would do, kill to protect his sister Michelle, but first he has to find her. Ultimately killing two of Liam's Henchmen to buy some time. Jimmy starts a blood war by blaming it on the blacks.
Finding out Michelle might be hiding at one of Big P's
houses. Jimmy Sweeny turning to the blacks for help, finds himself backed in a corner and discloses to Eli, unknowing that he's an undercover Agent. That the reason that Liam floods the streets with guns is so that he can in turn, with the aid of a couple of rouge Officers; profit off the blacks when they kill each other. Explaining the whole system Liam uses to get the blood-type of the victims and how they're placed on a list til their blood-type is needed. Then he sells their body parts over-seas on the black market to some really rich people that don't want to wait for organs, along with the intricacies of how deep the conspiracy really goes; and that his son Lil Eli might very well be in danger.
