Excellent video, i've been recording & editing tracks on audacity for a while on a very old computer and it works a charm, i was wondering if i could envisage multitrack recording & your video shows exactly how..

I'm still having sync issues, I'm stuck at 2 tracks, guitar chords and then a lead run on top. It's not very syncing up like I'd like. Can you give me a suggestion as to how to sync them, since I don't have keyboarded drums to sync??

@Josiahjjr - Thanks for the comment. You can generate a click track to help you keep the tempo. Click on "Generate", then "Click Track". Take care.

@dvmovie Thanks for the quick reply! Thanks, sorry, bit i have another question. Would a mic cause a delay? I don't have another mic to double check.

@Josiahjjr -- You should be able to listen to the other tracks on your headphones, and record with your mic, and I think it should be in sync. If not, you can easily slide the track forward or backward and fix it.

Look at the reply that's halfway down this page, where I talk about plugging into an adapter, then straight into the computer.
