  • Hi Russ, great advice. As home inspectors, we are not emotionally involved in the real estate transaction. But uncle "JOE" or any other family member might look at the house in a different way that us, and might not see some of the defects. And like you mentioned we are doing this full time, and we take lots of training classes. The buyers are paying us to find out what is wrong with the house, and that is what we do.
