@MrPittsburghJ try putting the frrozen fruit in the microwave for 20 seconds... that will thaw it just enough. I make thick shakes with mine. biggest cup, 1/2 filled crushed ice, 1/4c water, 1/2 frozen banana, 2t stevia, 3T chocolate whey.

The trouble most people have is that they overfilled the container, don't fill it correctly, ingredients are too big, or they use the wrong blade. Use less ice if using frozen berries and add just a touch more liquid. Instead of water you should use some fruit juice so you add some flavor and don't dilute the smoothies with water. Pouring liquids in LAST will crack ice and soften frozen berries.

Very nice video sir 8D. I got my Magic Bullet as a gift. I think I have found a nice balance that works nicely. In the large handled cup I usually use about 5 large size cubes(added last near the blade), 1 whole chopped banana, 4 halved strawberries (frozen/thawed) 1 1/2 cups of milk, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp sugar. Always add the ice and frozen items on top unless using the blender, and pour in liquid over to crack ice and slightly soften berries.

I've found if you use thawed fruits, not frozen berries or anything water might not be necessary. I too would add water just to help the frozen fruits thaw enough to blend better.

I have this set and love it. I especially like the cups that I can blend the smoothies in and reduce the amount of clean up I have to do.

u should make your own kefir works better and way cheaper.

This isn't juicing it's smoothie-ing.
You didn't really need to use water, you just overflowed the poor thing.

@silvRboLt95 Yes, I did overpack it and overflow it. I learned not to do that after this initial video. I still like this little blender. Use it all the time. I scramble eggs in it. Make small smoothies. I do let the berries thaw first.

I would like to know if anyone had used the Magic Bullet juicer for vegetables such as celery, carrots, swisschard, kale, ginger and so on. I need a powerful blender.

@dcueba This isn't a powerful blender. If you put the kind of vegetables in it you're are talking about, you will kill it. If you want to blend fibrous things, get a Oster BPST02-B or something like that. The Magic Bullet is lightweight at best. It is not robust. Soft fruit and ice are close to its limit. It rules for making smoothies and margaritas.
