Why bother looking through the eyes of a grown-up? Yeah, it's kinda stupid as you say, but considering what I grew up with... "Mama had a chicken, Mama had a cow, Dad was proud, he didn't care how" ... Popeye is so much better!

Cow and Chicken were good if you compare it with the crap that plays on today's cartoon channels. It seems that toons are getting worse as time goes by. I preffer looney tunes, tom and jerry or the filntsones... there is also top cat etc... old cartoons are the best

fix the sound, all i can hear is noise, next time you record somhing make sure its tuned in properly ffs.

This was one of the very few Popeye cartoons that didn't have him competing with Bluto for Olive's hand. And outsmarting the termites by building a house of steel was a stroke of genius!
