  • even though (depending on how big the crepe is) its high calorie, this is a lot easier to make since a lot of "high protein" recipes require 8 scoops of protein. this one (depending on off season or preshow) requires half a scoop. can't wait to try these. btw, where r u guys from. love the accents!!

  • @MrABFitness1 Hey bro! We're from Canada. I live in Moncton, New Brunswick (East Coast) and Honore lives in Ottawa, Ontario

  • I made those for lunch, only had 5 egg whites but still managed to make 2 pancakes,

    AMAZING TASTE

  • @LonelyGuitarrist I've experience muscle gains during "cutting" phases before...but you're nutrition should be perfect to do so. I still like to separate the phases, however I think "bulking" is overrated as people just use that to eat whatever... I think it's better to stay in good shape all year round, and then add a bit of cardio to your routine when you want to get really lean.

  • Ih, olha o malaco aí no vídeo. Este é o verdadeiro blanka brasileiro.

  • What is the natural sweetener called? I'd really like to try this but I'm not sure what you guys were saying what it was.

  • Which taste is that protein powder? You recommend vanilla or chocolate?

  • nutella!

  • 1 teaspoon on one and 1 teaspoon on another is only 2/3 of a table spoon...

  • how many grams of oatmeal is 3/4 cup?

  • @themusclecook I make mine with 4 egg whites, 1/3rd or half scoop whey, and 1/3d cup oatmeal and cap it in around 270 calories and use 1 tspn peanut butter if any. However, I still manage to get two pancakes, maybe not as thick...Thanks for your recipes!

  • I make something very similar with protein powder, egg whites, with or w/o oatmeal, cinnamon, and splenda (no truvia here in the EU for whatever reason--we can get codeine and anavar and winstrol legally for personal use but no stevia!), sometimes some blueberries or almonds...adding vanilla /coconut extract is a great idea however. I sort of would 2/3rds or halve the recipe since I'm a female.
