SelectPlusAP Top StoriesAP Top StoriesThe Associated PressHere's the latest news for Saturday May 31st: Democrats debate in DC; Tropical Storm Arthur forms; Beef protests; Turtles released.This is A-P News Minute.Democratic leaders are debating what to do with Michigan and Florida.They held primaries before they were supposed to and now officials in Washington are working on formulas to dole out their delegates.The first storm of the Hurricane season has formed in the Atlantic.Tropical storm Arthur is spinning off the coast of Belize.It's top sustained winds are near 40 miles per hour and it's expected to weaken as it moves over land.Tens of thousands of South Koreans filled Seoul today to protest beef imports from the U-S.The meat has been banned there for more than four years following a case of mad cow disease in the U-S.The government decided last month to let the beef back in.Officials and children in Italy have helped return some rather large creatures home.Five turtles brought back to health in Naples were released back into the sea.Of course they're going back with more than they came with, specifically mini-computers that were mounted on their backs.___ ___, The Associated Press with AP News Minute.
