SO MANY people wrote and suggested that Remy try testicles. Its easy to figure out why. No other food item is so disturbing to so many people.

Testicles fit in the culinary category of offal, animal parts that were once eaten often but fell out of favor as people around the world became wealthier and relegated offal (brains, guts, kidneys, testicles, etc.) to the status of garbage. And cow testicles aren't the only ones eaten. Add sheep, buffalo, goats and boars to that list.
