Geek Brief TV #454

Poladroid [1] is a great free Mac application. When you drag a photo
to Poladroid, it creates a Polaroid-like photo on your desktop. A
Windows version is expected by December.

Windows users can take control of your Send To menu when you
right-click on a document. Send to Toys [2] allows you to edit what
appears in that menu.

I wrote about [4] the Griffin Simplifi when it was released, and
now I have it in the studio. For those of you who were wondering, it
is compatible with the iPhone. Original units were not shipping with
the adapter, but you can pick up one of those separately. If you buy a
Simplifi [5] now, it will have the adapter included.
